This website is part of a new schools programme designed to support and enrich citizenship teaching around economics and finance. As well as the website, a number of schools will be twinned with local Norwich Union offices in 14 key areas, where volunteers will use specially written resources to work with small groups of young people on different economic citizenship topics such as health, money, environment and public spending.

At the end of the academic year, students from each participating school will come together for a day of critical thinking and debate with a panel of local experts including MP’s, local councillors, members of the community and Norwich Union staff. By building partnerships with the local financial services profession, it offers schools a fantastic opportunity to deliver key elements of Citizenship through a well-supported framework.
